Refer a case to the CMC

Disputes may be referred to the Community Mediation Centre (CMC) for voluntarymediation by agencies such as the Singapore Police Force, HDB, Town Council, Membersof Parliament, People’s Association, or others.

For Public Officers (Government Agencies):

• Call the Ministry of Law Enquiry Line at 6225 5529 (Monday to Friday, 8:30am to5:00pm, excluding weekends and public holidays).

• Use the CMC Referral Form: Agency Login.

For Non-Governmental or Voluntary Welfare Organisations:

• Call the Ministry of Law Enquiry Line at 6225 5529 (Monday to Friday, 8:30am to5:00pm, excluding weekends and public

holidays).

• Submit your referral online: I am a representative from an agency and wouldlike to refer a case.
