Refer a case to the CMC
Disputes may be referred to the CMC for voluntary mediation by agencies such as the Singapore Police Force, Housing and Development Board, Town Councils, Members of Parliament, People’s Association, or others.
For Public Officers (Government Agencies):

For Non-Governmental or Voluntary Welfare Organisations:
